During a fashion team Slack meeting, one editor asked about easy shorts for the shorts-averse—do they exist? Almost immediately, three others clicked the thumbs up emoji, confirming what teachers everywhere have been saying forever: If you have a question, others are probably wondering the same thing.
“Guys, the Miller shorts,” our fashion director typed back. “So good.” Curious to see whether, in a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants–like twist, the same bottoms could please everyone, we sent a pair to four doubtful staffers and asked for their honest opinions.
